What is a Spa Party?
A spa party is a private group spa booking where you and your friends, family, or coworkers take over a portion of Hana Spa for a few hours of pampering, conversation, and shared relaxation. Group sizes typically range from four to ten guests, although larger parties can be accommodated with advance notice. Each guest selects from a customizable treatment menu — massages, facials, body scrubs, foot reflexology, or any combination — so everyone gets exactly what they want while still enjoying the experience together.
Hana Spa in Palisades Park has hosted hundreds of bridal showers, milestone birthdays, divorce parties, baby showers, and corporate wellness events. Our staff is fluent in coordinating multi-guest bookings and we keep extra towels, robes, and slippers on hand for groups. We can also coordinate timing so all guests finish their treatments together, perfect for groups planning to head to dinner or a show afterward in nearby Fort Lee or Edgewater.

What to Expect at Your Spa Party
Once you reserve your party, our coordinator works with you in advance to confirm guest count, menu choices, allergies, and any special requests. On the day of your event, your group is greeted at a private check-in area with robes and slippers waiting. Guests rotate through their selected treatments — often a Swedish Massage, Foot Reflexology, or facial — while others enjoy our relaxation lounge with light refreshments.
We can accommodate light food and non-alcoholic beverages that you bring in, and many parties choose to bring sparkling cider, fruit, or a small cake. Photo opportunities in our beautifully styled lounge are always welcome. Group discounts apply when six or more guests book together, and we are happy to provide gift certificates for the guest of honor or as party favors.
Book Your Spa Party
To plan your spa party, call us at 201-242-0444 at least two weeks in advance — three to four weeks is ideal for weekend bookings or large groups during wedding season. A small deposit may be required to secure the date, and the final guest count is confirmed 48 hours before the event. We can fully customize the menu based on your group's preferences and budget.
